Shipping policy
All products sold by Bold Spirit Expression are made to order. Each item is printed specifically after an order is placed, which means items are not pre-stocked and require production time before shipment.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to eligible U.S. destinations shown at checkout. Available shipping destinations may vary based on carrier availability, fulfillment provider support, and the shipping address entered at checkout.
Made-to-order production
Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time includes both production time and carrier transit time.
- U.S. 48 states and Washington, DC: estimated delivery is typically 6–11 business days from the date the order is placed.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: estimated delivery is typically 8–13 business days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, destination, holidays, or seasonal demand.
Shipping rates
Flat-rate shipping is $4.95. Free shipping applies when the order total is $75 or more after discounts are applied. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before an order is placed. Any available free-shipping offer or shipping discount will be shown during checkout when applicable.
Tracking information
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.
Order changes and cancellations
Because our products are made to order, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after checkout is completed.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@boldspiritexpression.com. We will review the request, but once an order has entered production or fulfillment processing, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Bold Spirit Expression is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
