Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are printed on demand and made specifically for each order, all sales are final except where an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, color preference, or change of mind.

Please review the size chart, product details, color options, and order information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the item and the issue
  • Photos of the shipping package, shipping label, and packaging materials

Please keep the item and packaging until the issue has been reviewed. We may need this information to verify the problem with our print provider, shipping carrier, or fulfillment partner.

We will review the issue and, if approved, may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Do not send any item back unless we first provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior written authorization may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or other resolution. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address or sent without the return instructions we provide.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our items are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color variations due to screen settings
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items marked final sale, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
